a good stay
super clean room sofa bed train station
the room was super clean. we had a standard double room with a sofa bed. it was perfect for our family. the location was great, very close to the train station. (i think this is important for travelers arriving by train).
the scrambled eggs at breakfast were a bit dry.

the breakfast offered ample choices, including both cooked and continental selections. there was plenty of fresh hot food available, and the options seemed diverse. i found it very convenient for starting the day. (especially the sausages!)

friendly staff central location cute staff awful breakfast burnt food missing trays
The staff was really great and friendly. They could not do enough for us and were cute to my kid! It was CLOSE to everywhere we needed to be. I would come back again (no doubt!).
Breakfast was not good on both mornings. I mean AWFUL. There were no trays and all food was disgusting and burnt. You are up and down like a roller coaster BECAUSE there were no trays.

convenient location quality linen comfortable bed
The location was convenient. It was close to many restaurants and transport options. My room had nice quality linen and towels. The bed was very comfortable!
The breakfast, while free, had poor quality food. Croissants were dried up. The orange juice tasted like water.

The staff was ALWAYS helpful and very friendly, especially at reception. I received a warm welcome upon arrival. There was also a "hello" when leaving and entering the building.

just ok, i guess
cramped room breakfast aroma
the room? seriously cramped. there wasn't any space at all, especially when the sofa bed was open. even with just four people, we could barely move. and the breakfast. i mean, it was there, but not great. the dishes always had this weird egg smell, i'm not sure why. its not like i came for the aroma, but still.

central location short walk friendly staff comfortable beds
The location was great to reach the city centre. It was a short walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions. The room was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I found the soundproofing was top notch, so no noise bothered us.
I found that a paid parking lot nearby added to the overall cost.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby amenities.
The room size was smaller than expected. I had difficulty maneuvering with my luggage. the television picture quality was quite poor. It was difficult to watch anything comfortably. the breakfast options also seemed limited (i specifically wanted grapefruit juice, but it was unavailable).
